Well, it might be collector, but it has no inscr. I take it it's a mausoleum drop.
I'd merch it though, unless you find a collector, it's impossible to PC. |

i might be wrong, but i don't think this has any value at all. As far as i know these can just drop in EOTN, if i'm wrong, like bright says impossible to pc, but i doubt it
